In some live performances I've seen footage of, the bucket had a sticker that said "Funeral" on it, but in other footage, it wasn't there. He wears a white mask (think V for Vendetta, although he came along before it), and a KFC bucket on his head. If you haven't heard of him before, let me give you a brief summary.
And that's not even an accurate count, because nearly everyday for the past two weeks, I've listened to my Giant Robot cd on the way to work in my car, and I've also been listening to other Buckethead incessantly on my iPod.
